1. What kind of hair do we sell?

We offer 100% raw, unprocessed Indian hair. Our extensions are sourced directly from a single donor in India, ensuring unmatched quality, natural texture, and long-lasting durability.

2. How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our raw Indian hair can last 3 years or more. We recommend gentle handling and sulfate-free products to maintain the hair's natural luster and curl pattern.

3. Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

Yes! Because our hair is completely raw and chemical-free, it can be bleached or dyed. For best results, recommend having a professional colorist handle any chemical treatments.

4. How many bundles do I need for a full install?

• 18"-22": 3 bundles for a full, natural look
• 24"-26": 4 bundles for full volume and length

If you prefer an extra voluminous install or longer layers, you can always add a 4th bundle for shorter lengths too.

5. Do you offer refunds or exchanged?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double-check your order before checkout. If you have an issue, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to help.

6. When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.
